We have an experienced team of service engineers
that cover the UK. All of our service vans are stocked with
a comprehensive spare parts selection as we aim to keep your
down time to a minimum.
All engineers are equipped with digital devices which provide easy and regular contact with the office, our online CRM, and our efficient stock control. The engineers' link to our online CRM system allows them to access your account, including machine history and previous service logs enabling the engineer to see full details of all previous work carried out.
During your engineer visit, our engineer will be updating our system via a "Real Time" link, which means that your customer account is fully up to date immediately, and any further action required can be followed up at the earliest opportunity. This will reduce the time the machine is out of action, as we can raise further actions and order any parts required on the same day, speeding up the process thus reducing the down time on your machines.
We have the ability to offer customers a link into our "Real Time" CRM if requested. Customers can see their own machines and the related history including all details of all repairs, services, and scheduled maintenance intervals plus much much more!
