agreement to match your budget and to cover your equipment
for any selected length of time. Servicing, repairs and parts
are all covered at a competitive rate. We're not limited to
one type of machine or any single brand so can provide an
agreement to cover all your equipment in one go. We offer a comprehensive personal service to all our clients. What this means is that we'll make a point of knowing you and your equipment. Your records, equipment lists and maintenance logs will all be stored on our live online CRM system so we will always be aware of your current situation and needs.
Our contract customers can monitor the status of their call-outs via the Fitness World CRM site, checking promptness and performance in relation to the service contract terms. They can raise service calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using this system, as we understand life does not run on a 9 to 5 schedule!
We are so confident in our performance that we allow our contract customers access to our KPI system, which gives full details of our performance and customer satisfaction levels.
