in diagnosing problems on the telephone, with full engineer
support as diagnosis back up. Our comprehensive list of service manuals and error logs give us on hand information and assist in ensuring the correct advice is given at all times. Our staff members are fully trained at diagnosing faults and in all aspects of customer service, and this training is regularly updated to ensure their knowledge is totally up to date.
Fitness World Customer Support offices are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm 5 days a week, but our online system is manned 24 hours a day. Calls can be logged through our online CRM at any time, day or night.
